State-of-the-Art Testing Center in Trichy Defence Industrial Corridor

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed for the establishment of a state-of-the-art testing center in Trichy. This center will be set up under the scheme for creating advanced testing infrastructure for the defence sector (DTS). The Ministry of Defence and the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation have signed this agreement. The implementation of this project will provide advanced testing equipment and services to both public and private sector industries. This initiative will further boost India’s self-reliance in the defence sector.
