India’s First Secure IoT Microprocessor.

The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-Madras) celebrated the successful design, manufacturing and boot-up of India’s first commercial high-performance RISC-V based System on Chip (SoC) named ‘Secure IoT’ developed by Mind grove, an IIT-Madras incubated start-up. It will help reduce the cost of their feature-rich devices, without compromising on high-end features.

3D-printed rocket engine.

The engine that the space agency tested is the PS4 engine used in the Reaction Control System (RCS) of the upper stage (PS1) of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV). As per ISRO’s statement, the same engine is used in the Reaction Control System (RCS) of the first stage (PS1) of PSLV. The test was conducted on Friday in Tamil Nadu at ISRO Propulsion Complex, Mahendragiri .
